(More customer reviews)I disliked the looks of these so much that I never even placed them on the walls in my home! They looked very tacky because you could see the thick clear sticker around the letters. I have a few other wall art pieces that are the vinyl letters and they look great. People that see them think they have been painted on the walls. I would definitely recommend spending a little more on the vinyl letters! The only thing is that with the vinyl letters you won't be able to remove them and then place them somewhere else like you can these but I'm sure no one wants something this tacky hanging on the walls in their home.

However, the actual border is useless. Fell down overnight. stuck it back up. fell down again. It basically does not stick to the wall so does not do its job.
If you want a 15 foot piece of paper with a repeating pattern its fantastic. If you want something that sticks to the wall, dont bother as it wont

Walls of the Wild Regal Angelfish Review

(More customer reviews)I had bought $1000.00 worth of these "Walls of the Wild" fish decals. I put them up as directed with no additional glue. After only 2 years I decided to remove them. Today I have been peeling them, and all layers of paint, and top layer of dry wall for every sticker. I gave them 2 stars because they are gorgeous stickers. Just don't try to take them off...EVER! Now I must go and try to repair 4 walls. I did try the lighter fluid as suggested and it was stinky and did nothing to help. See photos I attached to customer images.

It leaves no room for error and its too easy to make errors with it! the plastic like material stretched making it hard to keep wrinkles out, and impossible to keep it butted against the ceiling, I love the look of it and with great effort it came out ok, but for the PRICE and the frustration of putting it up, i wish i would have done a pre-pasted border like i did in my son's room. Pre-pasted is very easy!!!!

(More customer reviews)This was narrower than I was expecting, but it still does what I want it too. I didn't want to spend a small fortune for a growth chart for my sons/daughter's shared bedroom. This was one of the only gender neutral one's I could fine. I did not put up Bob or the tools, and probably will leave it as just the ladder and add my own photo's next to milestone dates etc.
Be very careful when applying you truly need two people to do this, there is no way one person can do this without possibly ruining the decal. Don't think you can do it alone, like I tried at first, what a disaster! Otherwise it sticks fine on our walls and we do have a slight texture to our walls, it's not completely smooth, but it seems to be fine. I could see in a little while that it might lose some stick, when that's the case I will just use some tape to keep it up. I like how easy it is to move around if you want to. Overall very happy with this item.

I wound up having to tape them to the wall with clear tape. Not worth it.

I bought only a couple at first just to see how well it will stick to my unsmooth walls since the main suggestion for the decal was to use on smooth walls and our walls are not smooth at all. I was so happy to see how well the decals stuck to my walls. I was even able to place the larger decals by myself without any problems. Just follow the instructions and you will be fine.
