(More customer reviews)Maybe I am a dummy, but this border does not seem to be pre-pasted as instructions suggest. We wet it according to instructions and absolutely nothing happened. It did not stick a bit and looked like a wet paper, nothing else. We let it dry, bought a wallpaper paste and used it on it and it worked like a charm. The wallpaper border is great, looks amazing in my son's room and is good quality too. Only problem, it's not pre-pasted, so I had to spend additional money for paste.
