(More customer reviews)After painting my son's room two colors (light blue/dark blue), I was looking for a border and found this! I read all of the reviews and I must admist that I had some trepidation in buying this product. I decided to go ahead and buy it anyway (there are no other Car's options in borders). I brought it home and opened the packages and noticed that the border still conformed to the rolled-up shaped that it came in. I decided to hang the border in a closet for 2 days to see if it would "relax" and straighten out. Boy am I sure glade I did! Most of the length did straighten out substantially, however the ends still held the curled state more than I would have liked. Application to the wall was fairly easy and I did have to smooth out the border a number of times as the edges did separate from the wall slightly.
I went back into the room the next morning and noticed that the ends had come off of the wall about 12 inches (where it did not relax very well), however the rest still was secured to the wall. After re-attaching the ends and smoothing out a couple of times over the next day or two, it is well secured.
This is by no means a perfect product, however, there's a little hint to help with some of the frustration in applying this border.
