(More customer reviews)I think it is very upsetting when an item doesn't come in and you have already been charged for it. I have no way of getting my money back or the item. I will never order anything from Amazon again. If you can take my money there should be a way to call if something is wrong. They were suppose to reply within 3 days of my complaint but of course I never heard from anyone. Is there anyone who can tell me what is going on. If I don't hear anything by the end of this week. I am making a complaint to the better business bureau.
